The Office Enterprise illegally obtained version is actually a VLK (Volume License Key). And yes, Hidden Ability is right in saying it can be used over and over again. While the cracked vista now uses a BETA key, it will only be valid until January, 2007 which is when the key is default to expire. So there isn't much point in downloading Vista as it will only last a few weeks, although of course many will hoping that a new crack will be developed in the meantime. Office 2007 however was a dream come true for torrent downloaders because the Enterprise edition (as with it's predecessors) can use the same key over and over again. This is from what I can gather anyway Office 2007 isn’t related to Microsoft’s BETA giveaway.
